Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution
    :
    Actively sell residential and commercial properties from the company's portfolio of projects, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Generate sales through Brokers channel
    :
    Build strong relationships with brokers and generate sales and repeat business.
  • Lead Generation
    :
    Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including brokers, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Market Knowledge
    :
    Stay up-to-date on Dubai’s real estate market trends, property values, and developments, offering clients informed advice and insights.
  • Negotiation and Closing
    :
    Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the deal, including contract negotiation, handling objections, and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Sales Reporting
    :
    Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and providing insights to management.
  • Collaboration
    :
    Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials and campaigns align with sales strategies.
  • Customer Service
    :
    Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience
    :
    Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in sales with Real Estate Development companies in UAE.
  • Education
    :
    Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Real Estate Knowledge
    :
    Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including residential, commercial, and off‑plan properties.
  • Sales Skills
    :
    Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Language
    :
    Fluent in English, one more additional language either Arabic or another European language.
  • Communication
    :
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer‑Centric
    :
    Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Tech‑Savvy
    :
    Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Driver’s License
    : A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
