• Minimum 1+ years of experience in dealer relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (ability to communicate in Malayalam and/or Arabic is a plus).
• Exceptional follow‑up and lead‑closing skills.
• Comfortable working in a 6‑day workweek and a 12‑hour shift schedule.
