Full-time

• Proactively engage with walk-in and online leads to identify their vehicle needs.
• Present, promote, and sell vehicles from our expanding fleet of Chinese and international brands.
• Conduct test drives and confidently explain vehicle features, specs, and financing options.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Coordinate with the CRM and aftersales teams to ensure smooth customer handovers and satisfaction.

• Minimum 2 years of car sales experience in the UAE (Chinese car brands preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages is a plus).
• Confident, outgoing personality with a consultative selling approach.
• Valid UAE Driving License is a plus.
