Responsibilities- Tele call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products using approved scripts.
- Answer questions about products, handle objections, and complete the sales.
- Updating customer information in the CRM.
- Ensuring all the product features are explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints.
- Success ratio – Offering the right products to the customers.
- Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day.
- Experience (Yrs & Field):
Minimum 6 months in tele sales experience in outbound calling preferred. - Educational
Qualification:
Preferably University Degree. - Skills & Abilities:
Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred.
