Sales Advisor - Retail Team

Overview

Purpose:

The Sales Advisor is responsible for promoting company products and services to customers with the aim of maximizing sales opportunities and providing exceptional service.

• Providing Customer Experience — Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and providing recommendations whilst ensuring customer loyalty, retention and improve spend
• Meeting Sales Targets
• Capturing CRM Data
• Other Tasks/Responsibilities — Contribute feedback to store leadership to continuously improve store processes and customer service level
• Help maintain the visual standards in the store to deliver a premium experience to our customers
• Adheres to ON policies and procedures, store guidelines/SOPs and grooming standards and guidelines

• Financial Accountability — Revenue targets - Direct contributor
• Operational targets — Direct contributor

• Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business

High School or equivalent

1-3 years job related experience

Experience with in a retail work environment — A background in the Running, Fashion or Sports Industry is preferred but not a must
