As Retail Learning Manager Middle East
, you will be responsible to effectively plan, implement, and deliver all training programs in your stores of responsibility (9 stores across 5 countries). Your role will influence business results through the effective delivery of training, onboarding, coaching and follow-ups to enable each team member to excel in their role and deliver service excellence to our clients.

The role is based in Dubai and reports directly into the Retail Director of Middle East and functionally to the Head of Retail Learning EMEA.

Your role will be:
  • Act as true business partner for your Retail Leader and Store Managers, proactively supporting business priorities with commercial acumen and innovative thinking.
  • Align and feed into the Regional Training Strategy, by regularly communicating and exchanging with the Head Of Retail Learning.
  • Shape and execute in a timely fashion an effective learning strategy for your area, in partnership with the EMEA Head of Learning and your Retail Leader.
  • Execute to the highest standards all product and client experience trainings, ensuring maximum coverage while crafting a retail-friendly training schedule.
  • Be an innovator in finding training formats that ensure maximum impact on the teams’ ability to retain knowledge, developing local tools to enhance the learning experience when needed.
  • Organize and facilitate impactful and elevated Retail classroom onboarding to all new hires, partnering with subject matter experts.
  • Oversee the in-store onboarding path (3 months) for any new joiner.
  • Communicate a clear calendar of training deployment in line with stores’ availability and needs.
  • Partner with store management to support with morning briefings, the delivery of key business updates and assist with store and regional meetings.
  • Partner with store management to define individual training & coaching plans for the team, considering specific individual needs and business objectives.
  • Ensure 100% completion of the e-learning modules.
  • Report regularly on client experience KPIs (NPS and Client Experience Evaluation) and be accountable for the implementation of store and market action plans.
  • Proactively keep up to speed with fashion trends, competitors’ launches, events and initiatives.
  • Manage effectively the Learning Budget allocated.

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a retail/training management role.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Availability to travel extensively within the region of responsibility.
  • Coaching certification as a plus but not essential.
