- Handles returns, refunds, and exchanges at the register following retail policy guidelines and procedures.
- Organizes all cash wrap supplies. Communicates with management on inventory levels of those supplies. Reorders supplies as needed.
- Assists management in directing and leading cashiers in Company policies.
- Ensures the highest level of ADVENTURE HQ service is given to each customer making a transaction at the cash wrap area.
- Maintains excellent presentation of all ADVENTURE HQ merchandise within and around the cash wrap area, including display wall cases.
- Completes any regular sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, etc.
- Ensures the highest level of ADVENTURE HQ service is given to each customer.

- Assists in the development of displays of merchandise or follow suggestions or schedules provided by the store management team.
- Attain proficiency with the point of sale system by acquiring system utilization skills.
Ensure integrity is maintained through attention to policy and procedure. - Uses selling techniques such as add on sales and describing technical information to customers to enhance salesmanship and reach store sales goals.
