Senior Brand Trainer - Tory Burch, Middle East

Our Senior Brand Trainer is responsible for imparting knowledge and awareness of the Luxury Gifts or Fashion or Beauty category by using best training practices. The Trainer will also research and localise materials on the category and brand, and in collaboration with Group L&D, will develop the training material to be delivered. The Senior Brand Trainer will support the front-liners with on-the-job learning, as well as with monitoring performance and training needs analysis.
TrainingStrategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a yearly training strategy aligned with brand objectives, retail priorities, and business goals.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis, business KPIs, and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with Chalhoub University to design and implement innovative training strategies and learning journeys.
- Create and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions (in-store, classroom, and digital).
- Develop and implement follow-up strategies after training delivery to ensure knowledge retention and behavioral change.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance indicators.
- Track progress against action plans and adjust training approaches as needed.
- Observe and analyse team performance on the shopfloor, assessing selling skills, customer experience, and brand standards.
- Create specific, tailored action plans for individuals and teams based on performance gaps.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback in partnership with store management.
- Support managers in reinforcing training initiatives on the shopfloor.
- Collaborate closely with the brand to receive product knowledge and training tools.
- Ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Act as a key liaison between the brand, retail teams, and training stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with fashion trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Integrate trend and fashion world insights into training content to enhance selling confidence and customer engagement.
- Monitor training outcomes and provide regular reporting on performance improvement.
- Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Experience with in a store leadership role in fashion retail or a training role within fashion retail.
- Flexibility to travel; the role will be based in stores with the UAE and require travel across the stores in the Middle East.
