The Assistant Visual Merchandiser will support in implementing display strategies across our retail locations. This role is crucial in ensuring our products are showcased in an appealing manner, aligning with brand and store standards, and promoting an engaging customer experience.

• Assist in the planning and execution of innovative visual displays within the store.
• Implement window displays, in-store setups, and seasonal decorations to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Ensure change of displays to promote new product launches and create festive or seasonal themes.
• Work with architectural features of stores to maximize the available space in store.

• Work closely with the Visual Merchandiser and store teams to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Support merchandising efforts during promotional events and seasonal changes.

• Help maintain inventory of visual display supplies such as mannequins, props, and tools.
• Ensure the visual merchandising materials are in good condition and stored properly when not in use.

• Stay informed about the latest trends in visual merchandising and retail design.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve visual presentation techniques based on industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Research lifestyle and design trends that will translate into effective visual merchandising strategy.

• Provide feedback on display effectiveness based on customer interactions and sales performance.
• Assist in preparing reports on merchandising activities and their impact on store performance.

• Ensure all displays comply with brand & store guidelines and safety standards.
• Regularly update displays to maintain freshness and relevance.

• Graduate degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibitions, design, visual communication or similar.

• Proven work experience of 2-3 years plus as a Visual Merchandiser.

• Creative and innovating thinking.
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Visual/spatial awareness and manual dexterity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in current and future design trends.
