Job Overview:
The Laundry Hub is a reputable and customer-focused laundry service provider in Dubai, dedicated to delivering high-quality laundry care with a commitment to customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated and friendly Retail Counter Staff member to join our team, helping to create a welcoming environment and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service- Greet customers warmly and assist them with the drop-off and pick-up of laundry items.
- Address customer inquiries, assess their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Promote our services to customers, encouraging upsells and additional services where appropriate.
- Strive to increase 5-star Google reviews and overall customer satisfaction.
- Receive and process payments accurately for laundry services.
- Sort and inspect incoming laundry items to ensure quality standards are met.
- Increase overall shop sales by providing personalised service and upselling relevant products and services.
- Gather customer feedback for improvement and communicate it with the operations team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented workspace to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle minor repairs and take necessary actions to prevent damage to items.
- Report any potential security issues or store-related concerns to management promptly.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is prepared for daily operations.
- Take responsibility for problem-solving and resolving any issues that arise at the counter.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the fashion or laundry sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to meeting customer needs and providing quality service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of payment processing and cash handling and POS software
