* Job Summary:
** Responsible for welcoming customers and offering them assistance. Sales Associate will also include operating cash registers, stocking shelves and preparing merchandise for display.

* Job Responsibilities:
*** Greeting customers.
* Responding to questions and giving information to the customers.
* Sharing product knowledge with customers.
* Providing recommendations to customers.
* Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
* Up-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
* Managing financial transactions and processing payments.
* Preparing merchandise and designing displays.
* Assisting with inventory.
* Handling refunds and returns.
* Handling customer complaints.
* Creating a positive customer experience and work environment.

* Job Requirements:
*** At least 2 to 3 years of retail experience.
* Experience in the luxury chocolate / any confectionary & food retail industry is highly desirable.
* Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
* Graduate in a related discipline.
* An excellent communicator & negotiator.
* Merchandising skills and must be able to create trays, baskets, and customized gifts.
* Excellent in customer service and handling customer complaints.
