We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Butcher to join a busy and growing meat production manufacturing team in Ireland
. If you have strong knife skills, a good eye for quality, and take pride in producing excellent meat cuts and customer-ready products, we’d love to hear from you.

• Prepare and cut meat to required specifications (beef, pork, lamb, poultry)
• Debone, trim, portion, and slice meat safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
• Ensure products are presented and packed correctly
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and company procedures
• Operate meat processing tools and equipment safely

• Proven experience as a butcher / meat cutter
• Strong knife handling and cutting skills
• Knowledge of meat cuts and portioning standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Team player with a positive work attitude
