We are currently recruiting for an Sales Promoter - TV & Electronics & Home Appliances for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Promoter - Home Appliances division for our client who is an Global Electronics Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with customers in retail environments to demonstrate products, drive sales, and build a positive brand image. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for home electronics and appliances.

• Engage with customers
  :
  Approach and interact with customers in retail stores to introduce and demonstrate home appliance products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge
  :
  Master the features, benefits, and specifications of our home appliance products and effectively communicate them to customers.
• Achieve sales targets
  :
  Drive sales and meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals by actively influencing customer purchasing decisions.
• Maintain displays
  :
  Set up and organize attractive product displays and promotional booths to attract customer attention and ensure brand visibility.
• Provide customer service
  :
  Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide outstanding service throughout the sales process.
• Provide market feedback
  :
  Collect customer feedback and report on promotional activities, sales performance, and market insights to management.
• Collaborate with team
  :
  Work closely with the retail store staff and your sales team to ensure stock availability and align on sales strategies.

• Minimum 1+ years of sales, promotion, or customer service role, preferably with experience in TV or home appliances or electronics.
• UAE Experience in Advantage.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A professional, energetic, and positive demeanor.
