Our Associate Buyer is responsible for participating in the selection of merchandise and its assortment. Our Associate Buyer is also responsible for the collection and consolidation of both quantitative and qualitative information regarding sales, best selling items, stock coverage and others.

• To support the buying team in the selection and management of products.
• To be responsible for the data entry of the products and work closely with supply chain team on all requirements.
• To be responsible for creation of purchase orders.
• Inventory tracking and cross‑functional communication to ensure timely and cost effective product acquisition.
• Coordinate with logistics, marketing and planning to ensure product reaches on time for the launches.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings and reviews.

• 1 – 3 years experience in a similar role in luxury buying.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
