Role
Purpose:
Incumbent will be involved in helping customers showcase the right jewellery, answering queries, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance by stocking shelves and arranging displays, aiming to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection, including knowledge on products and styles.
- Handle customer inquiries and accommodate special requests or additional services.
- Maintain deep knowledge of products, styles and trends to recommend and assist clients warmly.
- Assist with customer inquiries and identify what customers are looking for; gather feedback and refer insights to management.
- Understand customer needs and preferences.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an inviting store environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and help manage stock levels.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports, inventory reports, and customer inquiries.
- Liaise with internal teams for sales, delivery, and returns.
- Complete tasks as assigned by management.
Skills:
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry.
- Excellent customer service and vendor relationship skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with external vendors.
