Summary
We are seeking a diligent Store Manager with experience in MEP contracting companies to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth functioning of the store.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the operations of the store, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise store staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and achieve store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
- Prepare reports on store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in the MEP contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
