Al‑Futtaim Group – a diversified regional business – is looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our Watches & Jewelry stores across the UAE. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service, maintaining retail standards, and driving sales.

The Retail Sales Representative plays a key role in driving sales and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. This includes direct customer interaction, adhering to store operational standards, and supporting store management in routine and critical daily operations. The position requires adaptability, effective communication, and a commitment to personal and team success.

• Create a positive first impression through an energetic attitude and adherence to the dress code.
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Provide customers with current relevant information about the product.
• Thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back.

• Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store operations (opening, closing, security).
• Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager when required.
• Train new staff on POS operation and be responsible for corrective action at the POS.
• Ensure compliance with in‑store procedures regarding pricing and ticketing.
• Participate in all store meetings and related functions.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals.

• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining standards and cleanliness.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
• Maintain cash wrap cleanliness and try to add on to the sale.
• Provide quality service in the fitting rooms and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Offer gift cards and capture customer information in the database.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and priorities in a busy retail environment.
• Capability to learn and operate the POS system accurately.
• Flexibility and adaptability to cover various operational duties as needed.

• High School Degree.
• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and perform some heavy lifting.
• An eye for fashion trends and a friendly demeanor.
