Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support Retail Associates in delivering excellent guest service.
* Oversee merchandise display, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards.
* Ensure accuracy in POS operations, pricing, and cash handling procedures.
* Monitor shop performance and ensure timely restocking and inventory control.
* Address guest concerns and resolve complaints or escalations professionally.
* Conduct regular staff briefings, training, and on-the-job coaching.## Requirements
* High School Certificate or Diploma in Retail, Business, or related field.
* 2–4 years in retail operations, with supervisory or team lead experience.
* POS and retail systems knowledge.
* Stock management and merchandising skills.
* Strong interpersonal and team leadership capabilities.
