Job Purpose
To provide expert tailoring, fitting, and alteration services for our customers, ensuring each garment reflects their personal style and fits perfectly. The Tailor will play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards, offering professional advice on garment adjustments, and ensuring timely completion of all alterations to enhance the Harvey Nichols customer experience.

• Advise customers on the best tailoring and alteration options to achieve their desired fit and style.
• Perform precise alterations, repairs, and fittings according to customer specifications.
• Ensure garments are completed and delivered within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold Harvey Nichols’ luxury service standards and brand image in every interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales and fitting teams to provide a seamless experience for customers.

Education &

Certifications:

• High school qualification with a diploma or certificate in Tailoring.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in tailoring, preferably within a luxury retail or fashion environment.

Languages:

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
