The role of the Senior Partnerships Executive is to drive customer acquisition and sales through 3rd party companies (ex. Esaad, Fazaa, Emirates Platinum) to ensure consistent growth for ATI.
Responsibilities- Reviewing and renewing existing partnerships
- Build collaborative relationships with partners to maximise relationships
- Research opportunities for new partnerships aligned with ATI strategy
- Create Partnership decks to utilize for securing new partnerships
- Liaise with relevant internal teams to align on objectives and expected ROI
- Work with Marketing teams on comms for existing ATI customers and for partner customers
- Work with legal on supporting contracts and T&Cs for Partnerships and associated promotions
- Brief retail managers on upcoming offers to cascade to retail teams
- Monitor and report on sales generated from Partners
Experience
- 3-5 Years in the relevant field within a Retail organization
- Should have a comprehensive understanding of the GCC and retail landscape
- Should understand key regional financial partners & tourism industry
Language
- Must be fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage - Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills
