Job Openings for Export Merchandiser in United Arab Emirates
We are looking for an experienced Senior Export Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. Candidates must be currently based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Pre-season Financial & Strategic PlanningManage the development of annual, seasonal, monthly, and weekly merchandise plans with the Category Manager.Develop pre-season intake plans, recommend purchase/investment quantities, and forecast receipt flows while managing target sell-through.Reconcile brand plans with department category plans and forecasts.Ensure budgets align with plans by price level, category, and brand.Communicate department financial and product strategies to the buying team for execution.Range/Assortment Planning:
Produce detailed seasonal analysis reports.Participate actively in assortment development and review, providing data and analysis.Conduct comprehensive size analysis for the department and implement key findings for upcoming seasons.In-Season Trading:
Analyze past performance and strategies to identify opportunities or risks.Develop strategies to address product liabilities and plan timely, profitable liquidation.Monitor key department metrics against business plans, including units, value, sales, contribution, margin, and turnover.Ensure product positioning is optimal by monitoring conversion rates and views.Present weekly performance reports and highlight concerns to the Category Manager.Analyze sales of aging stock and collaborate with the buying team to manage inventory effectively.Develop clear plans, strategies, and reports on portfolio performance monthly and as needed.Experience: 5 - 11 years
Salary: 40 Lac to 1 Crore per annum
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
