What you’ll be doingWe are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Digital Merchandiser to support the day‑to‑day operations of our e‑commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in e‑commerce, an eye for product presentation, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced digital environment.
Reporting to the E‑Commerce Manager, the Junior Digital Merchandiser will assist across all digital merchandising activities to help deliver an optimal customer experience and drive strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Website Merchandising
- Support in updating product listings, categories, and collections across the website
- Ensure accurate product information, imagery, titles, descriptions, and attributes
- Organize PLPs to reflect new arrivals, seasonal themes, and commercial priorities
- Assist in cross‑selling and upselling through product recommendations
- Assist on preparing global launches
2. Product Upload & Content Management
- Prepare product data for upload (SKU creation, descriptions, tags, categorization)
- Upload new collections to Shopify following internal guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy (pricing, sizing, measurements, translations, etc.)
3. Newsletter & CRM Support
- Assist in creating and scheduling newsletters (copy, product selection, linking)
- Coordinate with the design team for visuals when needed
- Support reporting on email performance (open rate, CTR, sales contribution)
4. Pricing & Competition Monitoring
- Conduct price checks and competitor benchmarking
- Report any discrepancies or opportunities to optimize pricing
- Assist in promotional updates, discount setups, and campaign alignment
5. SEO & Product Visibility
- Apply SEO best practices for product titles, descriptions, and metadata
- Optimize internal search and filters to improve product discovery
- Monitor search performance and recommend improvements
6. Digital Operations & Daily Support
- Support with homepage updates, banners, and content refreshes
- Help monitor website performance (out‑of‑stock, errors, broken links, etc.)
- Assist with stock checks, sell‑through reporting, and weekly merchandising analysis
- Coordinate with warehouse, retail, and marketing teams when needed
- Support the E‑tailer tasks with product uploads, transfers and sale list upload
