Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a wide range of consumer electronics, gadgets, accessories, and lifestyle products
- Engage customers proactively, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store KPIs
- Demonstrate product features and provide accurate product information
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well displayed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and ongoing retail campaigns
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Promoter or Retail Sales Associate is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for sales and retail
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Energetic, confident, and presentable personality
