Key Responsibilities
* Support the achievement of the store’s annual sales targets.
* Assist in maintaining adequate staff coverage and scheduling to ensure consistently high levels of customer service.
* Conduct regular store operations audits to ensure compliance with established standard operating procedures.
* Oversee after-sales processes, ensuring strict adherence to repair and return policies.
* Address customer needs, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain exceptional service standards.
* Generate and analyze sales reports to provide actionable insights for maximizing stock potential.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 6–8 years of relevant experience in retail operations within the fashion or apparel industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
* Strong product/category knowledge with a customer-focused approach.
* Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
