Stock Controller – Louis Vuitton
We invite you to apply for the Stock Controller position at Louis Vuitton
, located in our Beauty Store within Dubai Mall.
As a key member of our team, you will maintain stock inventory in perfect condition, ensuring efficient organization of all stock rooms. You will manage delivery operations, replenish stock quickly and accurately, and ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize the client experience.
Duties & Responsibilities- Guarantee an efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms (products and packaging).
- Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and precisely.
- Ensure the availability of appropriate products in the store to enhance efficiency and maximize client experience.
- Improve product availability by collaborating with the Supply Chain.
- Improve stock KPI’s through various actions in partnership with the store team and Head Office.
- Ensure daily and optimal stock counting by creating a precise counting calendar.
- Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure a smooth selling process and the comfort of client advisors.
- Manage contracts with suppliers.
- Supervise store maintenance.
- Manage office supplies, uniform requests, kitchen supplies, etc.
- Follow internal audit guidelines.
- Comply with company processes and procedures.
- Fully integrate into the store team and contribute to the store’s global objectives.
- Help client advisors optimize their adaptability to public inflow and adjust to client needs.
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business, identifying and resolving issues to achieve higher efficiency and client experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in stock management/supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Organized, careful, and responsible.
- Committed, proactive, and able to adapt to a changing retail environment.
- Ability to work in a team with a global vision of the business.
- Basic tech knowledge (daily use of computers, phones, and tech tools).
