• Assist the Assistant Director of Finance in the supervision, training and oversight of the Finance team, month‑end closing, production of monthly management accounts and analysis, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Apply the values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity in your daily work and continue to create our legacy.
• Provide support in policing the adoption of appropriate working practices based on Uniform System and IFRS.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliations and other government statutory reporting and requirements.
• Have sound knowledge and experience in Residence Accounting Operations and understanding RERA regulations.
• Join a dedicated beach team and report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• Complete additional tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required.
• Adjust working hours occasionally to cover beach club needs.
• Acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods.
• Understand that specific tasks may vary and are subject to change.

• High level of computer literacy: MS Office and other applications.
• Professional qualification or progress towards one: CIMA, ACCA, ACA.
• Understanding and valuing guests; putting kindness over process.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proficient communication in English; ability to write clear, concise management reports.
• At least 2 years’ relevant professional experience in a similar capacity at a luxury hotel.
