Senior Client Advisor - Dubai Mall Beauty Store

Job responsabilities OVERALL MISSION

As a Senior Client Advisor
, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide clients across the Brand. You will be a role model to the team, and will support your Team Manager in operational duties. You will proactively reach out to your Clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Be an Exceptional Client Advisor, and a Role Model for the Team
  • Achieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results and support the team in their sales
  • Welcome every Client and enhance the experience
  • Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
  • Leverage clienteling tools to build long‑term client relationships, inspiring teammates through Clienteling excellence
  • Embrace the Client‑centric mindset by collecting feedback, feeding best practices back to the boutique to develop existing and new services
  • Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
  • Uphold grooming and behavior standards that reflect the Louis Vuitton Brand
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures
Profile Proactively Support the Team Managers in Establishing a Client‑Centric Mindset within the Team
  • Support Management in daily operations: VM support, stock organization, and opening / closing duties
  • Train your peers by sharing knowledge on brand, products, and client experience daily
  • Support the onboarding and integration of new Client Advisors
  • Demonstrate ongoing respect and adherence to company’s policies and provide support to other Client Advisors when needed
Assigned Champion or Additional Responsibilities (if applicable)
  • Stock and store operations, visual merchandising responsibilities
Optional Champion of a Product Category
  • Be the Expert in one or more Category:
    Merchandising, training, providing the team with feedback (product performance, quality issues, product launch, local competitors, trends, missing opportunities…)
