PositionWe are on the look out for a Redtabulous Demi Chef De Partie (Arabic cuisine) to join our incREDible Kitchen team here @ Radisson RED. The Arabic Chef supports the strategic plans and objectives of the Kitchen Department by delivering authentic, high-quality Arabic cuisine that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. The role is hands-on, methodical, and business-focused, with strong ownership of assigned culinary responsibilities and a commitment to excellence.
The position collaborates with the Head Chef, kitchen leadership, and key business partners to ensure consistency, quality, and creativity across all Arabic menu offerings. This role requires deep knowledge of traditional and modern Arabic cooking techniques, ingredients, presentation, and cultural authenticity, while also embracing innovation where appropriate. As an ambassador of the brand, the Arabic Chef reflects the company s culture and values through professionalism, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality.
All duties are performed in full compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, food safety standards, and local regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining high culinary standards, supporting menu development, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, and contributing positively to the overall guest experience through exceptional Arabic cuisine.

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, mixing, and proper storage.
- Prepare, cook, and present hot and cold food items in line with approved recipes, quality standards, presentation guidelines, and food preparation checklists.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers safely and efficiently, ensuring food is cooked to required standards.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation throughout preparation and service.
- Set up and break down workstations efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times.
