Sous Chef

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and quality-focused Sous Chef to join the culinary team of a reputable 4-star hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for a hands‑on culinary professional who thrives in a structured hotel kitchen environment and is passionate about delivering consistent, high‑quality food for international guests.

• Assist overseeing daily kitchen operations
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow during service
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet hotel quality standards
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and plating
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment use
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure timely food delivery
• Support menu planning, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives
• Step in to lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a hotel environment
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Good knowledge of international and hotel‑style cuisine
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Fluent in English
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Basic Salary:
AED 5,200 per month plus Service Charge
