Job Description:
- Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure seamless service delivery and strict adherence to company standards.
- Manage P&L, optimize labor costs, and implement waste-control strategies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse multicultural team.
- Ensure 100% compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest levels of food hygiene (HACCP).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in casual to upscale dining concepts, with an international cuisine background preferred
- Proven track record in pre-opening restaurant projects.
