We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Barista/Barmen to join our growing team. If you love great coffee, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Barista. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience. The Barista will also ensure food preparation is done according to health and safety standards while fostering a positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues.

• Preparing and serving high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Maintaining cleanliness, managing supplies, and maintaining equipment
• Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience
• Ensuring food preparation is done according to health and safety standards
• Fostering a positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues

• Previous barista or café experience is mandatory
• Demonstrated Barista skills, including coffee preparation and the ability to consistently deliver quality beverages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging effectively with customers and team members
• Customer Service experience with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests
• Basic food preparation skills and understanding of health and safety regulations in a hospitality environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Passion for coffee and hospitality with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
