Master Barista

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Master Barista to join our hotel team in Dubai. If coffee is your craft, service is your passion, and consistency is your signature—we’d love to meet you.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to international hospitality standards
• Create an exceptional guest experience through warm, professional service
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
• Train and mentor junior baristas where required
• Manage coffee inventory, beans, and brewing equipment
• Stay updated with coffee trends, brewing techniques, and menu innovation
• Proven experience as a Master Barista / Senior Barista
  , preferably in a hotel or luxury café
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, grinding, and brewing methods
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience in the UAE or GCC hospitality market is an advantage
