• Welcome and greet guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage selections.
• Take and accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring a high standard of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any requests or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash responsibly.
• Assist in setting up tables for service and clearing them efficiently after guests depart.

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing top-notch service.
• Team player with a willingness to assist and support colleagues.

• Flexibility to work schedules as required.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
