We are seeking a talented and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist the Chef de Partie in preparing high‑quality dishes, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

• Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and maintain high‑quality culinary standards.
• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes following the established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is well‑maintained, promptly reporting any issues or maintenance needs.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to provide seamless dining experiences for our guests.

• 1-2 years of experience as Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent role, with a Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
