Role: Sushi Commis Chef (immediate start)

• Assist in preparation of sushi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Support senior sushi chefs during service.
• Ensure quality and consistency of food preparation.

• Previous experience in sushi preparation is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of sushi ingredients, knife skills, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Offer discussions occur upon successful completion of the interview and trial rounds, after which an offer letter will be released via email. The interview process may include a trial at our kitchen or dine-in location.
