• You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, including assisting with boarding, disembarking and any other special requests, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You’ll also maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the boat to uphold the hotel’s standards.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintenance of the boat to ensure it is in optimal condition.
• Planning and executing enjoyable leisure trips, including recommending scenic routes and points of interest.
• Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about the trips, safety procedures and any upcoming activities or events.
• Collaborate with other colleagues to coordinate guest transportation schedules and ensure seamless experiences.
• Ensuring the safety of our guests during transport and leisure trips on the boat.
