• Greet guests as they enter and put them on a waiting l ist if necessary
• Provid e guests with full concept and answering any initial questions
• Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas
• Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
• Engag e with guests to ensure they are happy with food and service
• Respon d to complaints and help to resolve them
• Answer phone calls, tak e reservations and answer any inquiries
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Restaurant Manager
• Build relationships with repeat guests to develop and drive guest loyalty and maximize revenues

• Minimum 2
  -year experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant
• International experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Committed to and passionate about the Food and Beverage industry
• Willing to work flexible hours
