• Bar Back
• Managerial Roles

• Runner:Ensure speedy and accurate delivery of food and drinks from the kitchen or bar to guests. Help maintain a seamless dining experience.
• Cashier:Process guest transactions accurately using the POS system, handle payments, assist with queries, and maintain a clean checkout area.
• Entertainment Attendant:Engage and assist guests in entertainment zones, operate games or activities, explain rules, and ensure a fun and safe environment.
• Hostess / Head Hostess:Be the first friendly face our guests see! Manage reservations, greet and seat guests, and help create a warm and welcoming first impression.
• Waiter / Waitress:Take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide attentive, high-energy service to create memorable dining experiences.
• Head Waiter / Head Waitress:Lead and support the service team, ensure smooth operations, assist with training, and handle guest feedback effectively.
• Housekeeper:Keep guest areas sparkling clean, restock supplies, and ensure the venue is always fresh, tidy, and inviting.
• Bar Back:Support bartenders by restocking and preparing the bar area, ensuring smooth bar operations during busy shifts.
• Bartender:Craft quality beverages, engage with guests at the bar, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Managerial Roles:Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee daily operations, ensure service standards are met, manage staff performance, and support training and development. Maintain smooth coordination between departments and uphold the venues brand standards at all times.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
