Our client is an upcoming nightlife venue located in Dubai are looking to hire experienced FINE DININGwaiters/waitress to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the waitstaff team, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to provide detailed explanations and recommendations to guests.
- Train and mentor staff members, providing ongoing coaching and support to elevate their skills and knowledge.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
- Previous experience as waiter/waitress from high-end fine dining concepts is a MUST.
- Elegant and high-end restaurantsuitable presentation
- Preference to be given to candidates who can join immediately.
