A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sommelier for its high-end restaurants. The ideal candidate will possess a certification in sommelier training or equivalent, with a solid knowledge of wine pairings, especially French and New World wines. A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-end restaurant operations is required. Fluency in Russian, Arabic, or Balkan languages is a plus.
