Head Waiter

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Head Waiter will oversee dining operations, ensure exceptional customer service, supervise the serving staff, and maintain a high standard of food and beverage presentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen team, addressing customer inquiries, managing table bookings, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

The Head Waiter will also contribute to training team members and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for interacting with guests and addressing their needs respectfully and efficiently
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations to maintain quality and ensure a seamless dining experience
• Basic Cooking knowledge, which can assist in understanding menu items and kitchen operations
• Leadership and team management skills to supervise the serving staff effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure cleanliness and timely service
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
