Key Responsibilities- Training and development of junior chefs.
- Ensuring all kitchen staff are trained to company standard.
- Ensure your kitchen achieves all financial targets and GPs, aiding in sales initiatives, and meet brand standard expectations.
- Previous experience as a Head Chef in an upscale casual restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills
- Creativity to design and plan dishes and menus
- Willing to join immediately
- Client prefers candidates from CIS countries based in the UAE.
