Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute refined, innovative menus tailored to the tastes of our luxury clientele
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes for high-profile events, maintaining impeccable standards
• Manage and lead a team of culinary professionals in a high-volume central kitchen environment
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate closely with event planners to create custom dining experiences for VIP clients

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in upscale restaurants or luxury catering
• Extensive experience managing central kitchen operations
• Demonstrated expertise in high-end culinary techniques and presentation for international cuisines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment, with a focus on quality and precision
