Chef de Cuisine – White Orchid (Southeast Asian Cuisine) JA The Resort | JA Palm Tree Court

We are seeking a talented Female Chef de Cuisine with a passion for Southeast Asian cuisine — preferably Thai — to lead our iconic White Orchid kitchen.
What You’ll Do ul>- Female Thai Chef preferred
- Experience as Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in an Asian (preferably Thai) restaurant for at least 4 years
- Culinary Degree / Diploma in Food Production
- Advanced Food Hygiene & HACCP certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
