We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for a passionate pastry professional who takes pride in precision, creativity, and consistency within a high-quality dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the pastry section during preparation and service
  • Prepare and present desserts, pastries, and baked items to brand standards
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and creative presentation of all pastry items
  • Support menu development and seasonal dessert creations
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards (HACCP)
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste
  • Train and support junior pastry team members
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry
  • Solid technical pastry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
  • Passion for pastry, innovation, and continuous improvement
