We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Pastry to lead our pastry operations and deliver high-quality, creative desserts and baked products. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines technical expertise with strong team management and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee daily pastry production, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Develop and introduce new pastry and dessert items aligned with brand vision and seasonal trends.
- Train, guide, and manage the pastry team to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Monitor food costs, control wastage, and manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to meet business requirements.
- Proven experience in a senior pastry role.
- Strong knowledge of pastries, desserts, cakes, and viennoiserie.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate teams.
- Understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations.
