We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of a high-end Italian restaurant located at a luxury hotel in Jumeirah, Dubai. Theideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for Italian cuisine, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
• Supervise service staff and ensure top-quality guest service at all times
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and cleanliness
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance
• Assist in managing reservations, seating flow, and special events
• Monitor inventory, costs, and sales reports to support business goals
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-end or Italian restaurant
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Solid understanding of Italian cuisine and service culture
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
