Daikan Ramen, Dubai is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every patron feels welcomed and appreciated.

• Customer Engagement: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process food orders accurately.
• Menu Guidance: Provide detailed information about the menu items and daily specials while answering any customer inquiries.
• Service Excellence: Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while keeping tabs on guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables, and ensure a tidy environment for guests.
• Collaboration: Work in tandem with kitchen staff to ensure streamlined communication and efficient service.
• Checkout Process: Handle guest payments with accuracy and professionalism, providing a smooth transition as guests conclude their dining experience.
• Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of both staff and customers.

• Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
