The Busgirl at Anasa Restaurant supports the service team by assisting waiters and waitresses with food and beverage service, clearing tables, and maintaining clean and organized workstations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth service operations and delivering a consistently high level of guest satisfaction at Anasa.

• Assisting the service team in delivering friendly, timely, and efficient service
• Clearing and resetting tables to maintain smooth service flow within Anasa Restaurant
• Responding to guest queries in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintaining good knowledge of menu items and products offered at Anasa
• Following correct reporting procedures when issues arise
• Adhering to Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with phone calls and messages, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
• Completing opening, closing, and side duties efficiently
• Keeping all equipment clean, polished, and well-maintained
• Ensuring required chemicals and supplies are available for daily operations
