Responsibilities and Skills:

• Manage kitchen section, train staff, ensure food safety, and contribute to menu planning while demonstrating culinary expertise and leadership skills.
• Responsible for producing high‑quality food for airline and VIP customers, training junior staff, and maintaining hygiene standards in a fast‑paced catering environment.
• Seeking a skilled culinary professional with expertise in Asian cuisine, knife skills, food safety, and strong leadership or teamwork abilities.
• Oversee kitchen section management, food preparation, and quality control while ensuring food safety and providing guidance to junior chefs.
• Prepare and cook high‑quality dishes, support kitchen operations, maintain food safety, and contribute to menu development with strong teamwork skills.
• Master tandoor cooking, oversee preparation and maintenance, train staff, and ensure food safety with expertise in Indian cuisine and tandoor techniques.
• Prepare high quality dishes, maintain cleanliness, assist guests, control costs, and comply with safety regulations; requires NVQ Level 2 and good communication skills.
